📦 When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the delivery.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At the moment, caxeqa.com ships exclusively within Poland. International delivery is not available yet, but we may expand shipping destinations in the future.

🔍 How do I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use this link anytime to view real-time delivery updates from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods can I use?
We accept secure and widely used payment options in Poland, including:

What should I do if my delivery is late?
Although we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weekends, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@caxeqa.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

🔁 Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@caxeqa.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

🧸 Are plush dolls and pillows machine washable?
Most of our plush dolls and pillows are suitable for machine washing. However, we always recommend checking the care label included with your product to maintain softness and shape.
